Antigua & Barbuda offers a special Tax Residency Program for those who want to do business and/or stay in the country.

Permanent Residency can be applied for annually, with the following conditions:

  • Must lease or rent a residence in Antigua

  • The main applicant is only required to spend 30 days on island yearly

  • Payment of a flat tax of US$20,000 per annum

ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA NOMAD DIGITAL RESIDENCE PROGRAM

Nomad Digital Residence” (NDR) is Antigua and Barbuda's long-stay visa programme. This offer is especially suited for persons whose work can be done remotely and are desirous of doing so from a safe Caribbean island with reliable and fast telecommunications to the world.

Eligible applicants will be granted a special-resident authorisation that will be valid for up to two (2) years from the first instance.

Medical insurance coverage for the period of the intended stay in Antigua

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. The Visa conditional for remote job for companies and individuals outside of Antigua and Barbuda.

  • Yes. But only private schools with the exception of college students who can apply to the University of the West Indies ( respective fees apply)
